Beerfarm Rodeo

This ain’t our first Rodeo, we’ve mastered the fusion of old school farm fun and festival energy to bring you a weekend to remember! Expect an epic weekend long event celebrating country culture, live music, good beer and great people. With a full point rodeo in collaboration with the Double Barrel Entertainment and the ABRCA and some new agricultural activities thrown in the mix this year- 2026 is shaping up to the best year yet!

Event Overview

The Metricup Rodeo weekend brings two full days of family-friendly country fun this year!

Spanning Saturday and Sunday, enjoy the Junior Rodeo, agricultural activities, market stalls, Slack Start, Full Point Rodeo and a few more surprise country celebrations. All of this will be fuelled by tasty eats from local vendors and washed down with icy cold beer to the soundtrack of incredible live music across both evenings. 

There’s something for everyone, come for one day or the whole weekend, yee-haww!

What is the Event Schedule?

Is this an 18+ event?

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. This includes the Kids Play area.

What kind of tickets are there?

Saturday General Admission, 9am-11pm: Purchase this if you only want to come on Saturday. Saturday's scheduled events are: Junior Rodeo Competition, Agricultural Activities, and Live Music from 5pm.

Sunday General Admission, 8.30am-11pm: Purchase this if you only want to come on Sunday. Sunday's scheduled events are: The Beerfarm Metricup Rodeo Main Event featuring all-day competition and Live Music from 5.15pm.

Weekend Pass: Purchase a weekend pass to attend both days (Does not include camping)

Weekend Pass with Camping: Purchase this if you want to camp on the farm over the weekend and attend the full weekend of festivities.

Please note: There will be no Friday Hoedown this year.

What is the refund policy?

We will be accepting 100% refunds until 1 month prior to the event. After this cut-off date, all tickets will need to be re-sold via Tixel.

Is this a cash or card event?

Both! Not all vendors will be accepting cash, so make sure you have your card handy as well.

Will there be buses?

Yes, there will be buses running from Margaret River, Dunsborough, Vasse, Carubunup and Busselton on both days of the event.

Bus tickets need to be purchased ancillary to any event tickets

What is the parking situation?

This year is free of charge. 

Leave your car at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

As we have limited space available for Saturday parking, we recommend people carpool. Not only does this allow more space for other punters, but it's better for the environment. 

Can I bring my pet?

No Pets sorry legends!

Whilst we do love all of your puppers and other pet pals, for the safety and well-being of all attendees, non-event animals are strictly prohibited on the event premises.

Will I get phone reception?

Please note that due to the size of this event, reception will be limited. Please make sure that you're well equipped for the day without the need of reception.

Will there be camping?

Yes, there will be very limited camping spots available for the weekend.

Please note: Cars are not permitted in the camping areas, meaning you will be unable to camp in or near your car.

Please ensure you buy your camping tickets ASAP once tickets are on sale as these will be the first to sell out.

Once they're gone, they're GONE, meaning you can't sneak your mate in last minute! No matter how big your swag may be, it's capped at a number of people for your safety.
