Shipping, Processing and Returns Policy

Dispatch and delivery times.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details for your order. We use Australia Post to ship your parcel.

Shipping in WA can take up to 2-5 business days. Sending to other states can take up to 3 -10 business days. A longer period of wait time may occur, depending on your location. 

Please note:

  •  Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

  •  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

  • We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

Beer and Cider orders

All alcohol orders will require an 18+ photo ID and signature on delivery, so we are unable to send to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address we can send your order to.

International orders

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally. 



Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging (if any).

Perishable goods such as beer are only subject to replacement or refund if they are faulty or damaged. 

Proof of damage/faulty goods is required to warrant return of goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please note depending on the payment method used for your purchase the return time frame differs.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back when returning/exchanging an item. 

Tracking is highly recommended, if tracking is not used and the parcel is not received there will not be a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping costs will be covered by Beerfarm in the instance of an item being returned due to damage upon receiving.
