While our famous pre-order large cuts remain the hero of the experience, Head Chef Peter Broun has created a balanced menu featuring pub classics, share plates and sides that can be enjoyed on the night. Whether you're planning a special dinner, stopping in after work, or exploring the Margaret River wine and brewery region for the weekend, there's now something for everyone around the table.

Raise the Steaks has built a reputation as one of the South West's must-visit Friday night dining experiences, centred around premium large cuts cooked over the coals and designed to share.

From impressive steaks perfect for celebrating with mates to memorable family dinners, the pre-order menu continues to be the signature experience.
