Beerfarm Turns 10: A Decade of Beers, Good Times & One Very Special Throwback

We celebrated 10 years of beers last Sunday, 7th December, a decade of epic beers, tasty eats, incredible events and a whole lot of love from a bunch of absolute legends.

In true Beerfarm style, our friends and family flocked to the farm to celebrate with plenty of fresh beer, tasty eats, family fun and live music. 

We also reincarnated the first beer we ever brewed here at Metricup, the Aussie Bitter.

Our very first brew, back for the big 1-0. First brewed in Metricup in 2015, the
Aussie Bitter returns as a nod to our roots, reimagined for today. Golden
amber with a lasting white head, it layers farm-harvested citrus peel with
premium malts, and Aussie hops for a clean, balanced palate. Fresh, zesty,
and full of nostalgia, it finishes crisp and dry. A modern take on a traditional
bitter, brewed to celebrate 10 years of Beerfarm.

A Nod to Our Roots: Reimagining the Aussie Bitter

Style: Pale Ale

ABV: 5.2%

Malts: Pale, Caramunich T1, Munich, Rolled Barley

Hops: Cascade, Galaxy, and Topaz

Adjuncts: Bitter Orange Peel

Hops Bitterness: Low - Moderate

Hop Aroma: Low- Moderate
