Coffee Red Rye IPA
Brewed in collaboration with the Old Synagogue, Fremantle & Mr Chapple, this beers pours as a clean, copper colour with an off-white pillowy head of foam.
With sweet aromas of toffee and prominent coffee bean characters and a slight vanilla undertone, you'll be devouring this one with your all your senses at once.
Smooth and silky on the tongue, with huge coffee at the foreground followed by a slight sweetness and acidity from the beans. Coffee flavour is definitely showcasing the actual bean rather than ground espresso which is beautiful. Overall there is a dark berry hop character supporting the coffee. The spice from the rye cuts through at the end, finishing nicely with a mellow but welcoming bitterness.
