Our latest Native Series with Fervor sees us teamed up with some new friends from the Badgebup Aboriginal Corporation in the Central Great Southern region of Western Australia. Badgebup is a community not far from Katanning, where the land is very high in salinity and creates a great environment for many varieties of native flora. Samphire & Quandongs thrive in the conditions throughout this region and after brainstorming with the Fervor team, it felt like it couldn’t be more appropriate to brew a Native Gose’. 

Native Series #8 is a light style gose, with a hefty addition of Quandongs (300kgs) and dried Samphire. The tart sour base is complemented by the Quandongs earthy aromas of peach & orange combining with its salty counterpart, Samphire. The beer is light, salty and incredibly refreshing with a light red hue, showcasing two of Western Australia’s greatest Native ingredients.
