Like us, Liquor Shed believes in supporting local so we put our heads together to make a complex style New England IPA made from fresh, local ingredients with a unique funky twist. Brewed for a second year based on its initial success, this New England IPA is packed with over a tonne of Western Australian Grapefruit which we wild fermented with Brettanomyces. This farmhouse beer has stone fruit aromas driven by a fresh citrus punch and a mild tart, bitter finish.
