We're Getting Back In The Saddle! It is with great pleasure that we once again throw open our farm gates and welcome all you cowboys and cowgirls.

Are my Tickets Refundable?

Yes, via Humanitix until 1 day before the event.

How can I get to the Rodeo? 

Busses are available or parking on site for your car.

Are children allowed?

Yes, both events are family friendly. Children under 12 are free. Children under 18 need to be under supervision of a parent or guardian.

Are pets allowed at the Rodeo?

Whilst we do love all of your puppers, for the safety and well-being of all attendees, animals are strictly prohibited on the event premises.

Can I buy tickets on the door? 

Tickets are subject to availability. In case this sells out… Get in quick and buy online.

Will Food be available? 

There will be a large variety of food trucks available alongside our own kitchen to suit all dietary requirements.

Should I bring Cash or Card?

Both will be accepted across the weekend. 

What does my ticket include?

Bus Ticket 

  • Bus to and from event - Does not Include Entry

General Admission Ticket - 

  • Entry to the Rodeo/Hoedown, Live music and Beerfarm Cup

Camping Ticket -

 Camping for Friday and Saturday Nights

  • Weekend Pass -
  • General Admission to Friday and Saturday, plus camping for 1x person.
What do I need to bring on the day?

ID, comfortable shoes, something warm for at night.

What time should I arrive?
  • Friday - 
  • Doors open at 7pm
  • Saturday -
  • “The Slack” part of the rodeo kicks off at 11am Saturday.
When can I arrive to set up my camping area?

Friday 1st - 2pm

Saturday 2nd - 8am

*CAMPING* What do I bring?

Tent/Swag, Warm Clothes, Picnic Rugs, Camp Chairs

*CAMPING* Can I drive my car in and out of the camping area?

No vehicle movement is allowed in caravan areas from 7 PM to 7 AM. There is strictly no vehicles in the camping/swag areas. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking areas and gear to be carried to the next paddock.

*CAMPING* Can I bring my own glass?

Glass containers are strictly prohibited at the event as well in camping and caravan areas. Please bring plastic containers only.

*CAMPING* Can I bring my own food to the event?

Attendees are allowed to bring food into the campgrounds for personal consumption. However, food is not permitted in other event areas. Please be considerate of others and dispose of waste properly.

*Health and Safety*

In the case of any incidents and/or injury, we will have St Johns available throughout the Rodeo event.

*PROHIBITED ITEMS*

- Open flames are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

- Illicit drugs

- Weapons

- Glass of any sort

- Large umbrellas in Event Space (Marquees and umbrellas ok in camping area)

- Sporting equipment

- Professional recording devices

- Lasers or laser pointers

- Any dangerous goods

*RODEO* Amateur competitors

Due to ABCRA rider insurances, no non ABCRA members are allowed to compete across the weekend.
