At Beerfarm, we're lucky to call Western Australia home. Surrounded by world-class growers, producers, and innovators, we believe some of the best beer ingredients in the country are grown right here in our own backyard.
That's exactly what inspired our latest limited release: WA Pale Ale.
Available exclusively on tap (view stockists) for a limited time, this keg-only release shines a spotlight on two of WA's top-quality producers - LOAM Malt Studio and Margaret River Hops.
LOAM Malt Studio has become one of Australia's most exciting craft maltsters, working closely with local growers to produce premium malts that showcase the unique characteristics of Western Australian grain.
Our malt bill combines premium grains from LOAM Malt Studio, including Nomans Munich, Whinbin Wheat, Chit Malt, and 3Farmers Crystal Oat, layered on a foundation of Barrett Burston Pale Malt. Together, they create a smooth, rounded body with subtle biscuit notes, gentle sweetness, and a soft, creamy mouthfeel.
Margaret River Hops continues to produce exceptional hop varieties grown right here in the South West, delivering fresh, distinctive flavours.
For this brew, we've used a blend of their Beedelup, Nugget, and Victoria varieties. These locally grown hops contribute bright citrus aromas, hints of stone fruit, and delicate floral notes, finishing crisp and refreshing.
The result is a fresh, approachable Pale Ale that lets the ingredients do the talking.
