Salted Honey White Stout

Crafted for curious palates, this golden White Stout is the smooth surprise you didn't know you needed as we settle right into stout season.

This white stout is a tribute to the land and harvest of the West, from the hardworking bees in the forest to the sun-dried salts of the lakes. 

We teamed up with the artisanal maltsters at LOAM Malt - using their honey malt to create a complex layering of flavour with rich honey tones, combined with locally sourced Foragers Honey and a touch of hand-harvested salt from Lake Deborah.

The result? 

A rich, biscuit-like sweetness, perfectly balanced by a touch of salt creating a layered, harmonious finish.
