Beerfarm x The Exchange Hotel | Super Lager Volume 2.0

We’re back brewing with our mates at Locals Co for Super Lager Volume 2.0, because a double-dry-hopped lager this good deserved another crack.

The first Super Lager was too good to be a one-off. So, we brewed it again, gave it a second volume, and made sure it had plenty of hop character. Our mates from The Exchange Hotel Kalgoorlie came into Metricup to help us brew this tasty number, which will be available exclusively at Locals Co. venues from today.

This one is for the locals, the regulars, the travellers, the hospo legends and anyone who believes a good lager should come with a bit of personality.

Super Lager Volume 2.0 is a 4.7% DDH (double dry hopped) Lager that’s clean, crisp, packed with hop aroma and ridiculously easy to drink.

For Volume 2.0, we’ve kept the same cracking recipe at its core, with two dry-hop additions bringing a serious hit of aroma to an otherwise clean and refreshing lager.

Style: Dry-hopped Lager

ABV: 4.7%

Malts: Pale, Caradex, Malted Wheat

Hops: Magnum, Harlequin

Leading the charge are the Harlequin hops, bringing juicy tropical fruit and stone fruit flavours that punch well above their weight for a lager. A bright citrus finish rounds things out, keeping every sip fresh, crisp and seriously smashable.

In other words: lager, but with a little more going on.
