We are proud to announce Beerfarm has been recognised in the Top 20 Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2026 across Australasia.
The results are in, and Beerfarm was proud to place 19th in the 2026 Inspiring Workplaces Awards Australasia, recognised among the Top 20 Inspiring Workplaces.
While we may not have taken home the top spot, being named alongside so many outstanding organisations is an achievement we're incredibly proud of.
More importantly, it's a chance to reflect on the people, culture and values that make Beerfarm what it is. This recognition belongs to every member of our team who shows up each day with passion, dedication and a willingness to make the farm a great place to work.
Beerfarm’s culture has always been a key focus, built over time by the people who show up, get their hands dirty, and shape what the business becomes. It's an honour to have this prestigious recognition, not only for the business, but for all of our people.
The Inspiring Workplaces Awards assess organisations across six key pillars: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, employee voice, and employee experience.
The shortlist placed Beerfarm alongside leading organisations such as Hungry Jack’s, Flight Centre Travel Group, and The NRMA, highlighting a shared commitment to creating better workplaces in an increasingly complex world of work.
