Beerfarm and Burnt Ends Smoking Co are built on grit, determination and the desire to do better and have a good time doing it. We are ‘ESTABLISHED FOR THE FUTURE’ – and are all about ambition, growth, change, improvement, delivering excellence and building a better future.  We want to build something for everyone to enjoy, a real company with real people built on real values.  

To put it simply: We produce and sell beer and cider and run a 400 seat venue in the iconic south-west which is fast gaining attention and a strong following for its food, beer and atmosphere. So in essence, we are a farm, a brewery, a hospitality venue run by the farmily of 30+ people, coming together for good times and great outcomes. 

Having joined forces with the illusive Burnt Ends Smoking Co this year to create Burntends at Beerfarm. Bringing the true and original form of BBQ to the south west. With local produce at the forefront of its values and Beerfarm’s very own black Angus cattle in the paddocks, this role is perfect for someone wanting to dive into an extremely talented team and deliver seasonally developed menu’s over fire.. About This Role

You will be Working alongside Burntends and the kitchen team on the delivery of our food experiences in Metricup, you will be responsible for the delivery of our menu and working closely with the  team in the delivery of an exceptional hospitality experience and consistency throughout.

  • Delivery of Seasonal Menus and the opportunity to develop BBQ and smoking skills
  • Experienced in running multiple sections and display passion and professionalism in all aspects of the role;
  • Follow Burntends and Beerfarm  guidelines and specifications throughout the kitchen;
  • Contribute to the focus of delivering unique and creative food products using our onsite Angus Cattle with the Burntends team.
  • Assist during busy service periods including public holidays 
  • Contribution to event concepts and on site food production.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture 

Health and Hygiene Standards

  • Meet  BF’s standards around health and hygiene through routine daily checks;
  • Quality control of products and ensure consistency of dishes leaving the kitchen. 
  • Delivering exceptional food dishes;
  • Consistency throughout the kitchen from prep to service.
  • Coherence to BF and Burntends  operating standards;
  • Consistently positive staff and guest feedback.
