Hazy Pale 'Beersitters' Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

1.2. Employees of Beerfarm and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

2.1. The competition commences on Wednesday 23 October, 2024 at 12PM and closes on Friday 25 October, 2024 at 11PM  (the “Competition Period”).

2.2. All entries must be received within the Competition Period to be eligible.

How To Enter

3.1. To enter, participants must:

1. Watch the journey of Beerfarm’s Hazy Pale from WA to NSW (the "Beersit").
2. Entries must be submitted via a QR code leading to a preset SMS (Game of Skill).
3. Beerfarm will collate the data during the Competition Period.
4. The winner will be the mobile number that has submitted the most valid codewords during the competition.
5. If multiple entrants have submitted the same number of valid codewords, the winner will be selected at random by Beerfarm.

Winner Selection

4.1. The "BeerSitting Champion" will be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Number of valid codewords submitted.

4.2. The decision of Beerfarm is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.3. The winner will be notified via email or direct message within 7 days of the competition's conclusion.

4.4 If multiple entries qualify, the Winner will be selected at random by Beerfarm. 

Prize

5.1. The winner will receive a year’s supply of Beerfarm Hazy Pale (the "Prize").

5.2. A year's supply is defined as "23 cubes of Beerfarm Hazy Pale” valued at $1,449. 

5.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5.4. Beerfarm reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

General

6.1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Beerfarm reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity.

6.3. Beerfarm reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

6.4. Beerfarm shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant resulting from participating in the competition or winning the Prize.

6.5. Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with Beerfarm’s privacy policy.
