This year we’re bringing the party with us to GABS with this exotic little number. Soured with a blend of Lactobacillus Brevis and Plantarum, this imperial gose has a clean acidity as salty preserved lemon provides a juicy citrus character which is balanced by residual sweetness and aromas of lime and spicy jalapeño. Serve straight up or over ice with a chilli salt rim, and party on amigos!
